Tasting Notes
Straw yellow color with greenish reflections, clean and bright. It presents marked aromas of white fruit such as pear along with floral aromas such as almond blossom and Mediterranean vegetable notes such as fennel. The palate is dry and friendly with a wide and elegant passage through the mouth, with a persistent and refreshing finish where the white fruit is the protagonist.

Plot
Vineyard planted in 2019, early harvest to preserve high acidity in the grapes. Harvested by hand in 12kg boxes, then stored in cold storage at 4ºC for 24 hours.

Winemaking
Total destemming, gentle pneumatic pressing, fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
