Tasting Notes
Pale yellow, with greenish hues, clean and translucent. Very aromatic. Aromas of white flowers, like orange blossom, and notes of white fruits, like pear that is not yet ripe. Dry attack on the palate, light,, with good volume, elegant and refreshing, lingering with a very subtle, herbaceous finish reminding us of fennel.

Plot
Young vineyard, at six years old, with an early grape harvest to preserve the high acidity in the grapes. Manual grape harvest in 12 kg crates, then stored in a vault at 4ºC for 24 hours.

Preparation
Grapes are completely stripped before gentle pressing in a pneumatic press and fermented in stainless steel tanks.
