Tasting Notes
Golden yellow colour with gold hues, clean and translucent. High aromatic intensity with notes of tropical fruit, like pineapple or mango. Dry attack on the palate, unctuous, full-bodied and full of volume. Long, lingering and fruity finish.

Plot
Vineyard is 22 years old. Manual grape harvest in 12 kg crates, then stored in a vault at 4ºC for 24 hours.

Preparation
Grapes are completely stripped before gentle pressing in a pneumatic press and fermented in stainless steel tanks. Aged on the lees for two months with bâtonnage to give it aromatic complexity.
