Tasting Notes
Pale red colour with dark red hues, clean and translucent. Aromas of fresh red fruits, like cherry. Dry, fresh, light-bodied and harmonious attack on the palate.

Plot
Young vineyard. Manual grape harvest in 12 kg crates, then stored in a vault at 4ºC for 24 hours.

Preparation
Grapes are completely stripped and fermented in a stainless steel tank with secondary fermentation to extract the aromas and flavours from the skin.
