This Saturday 16th November, the Parc de la Mar will be filled with aromas and flavours at the Raïm Wine Fest.a unique event for wine lovers. Thirty-seven wineries with over a hundred labels of reds, whites and rosés await you to toast to the rhythm of live music and enjoy pairings designed by expert sommeliers and chefs. The travelling festival of Vi de la Terra Mallorca starts at 1 p.m. and lasts until 1 a.m., with free admission and limited capacity.
‘The aim of this day is to bring wine culture closer to those who are not yet familiar with it, especially the young public, always promoting responsible consumption’.
shared Magdalena Mesquida, president of Vi de la Terra Mallorca, during the presentation of the festival. This event, which has already toured municipalities such as Sant Llorenç, Pollença and Deià, seeks to make wine an accessible and unique experience for everyone.
‘The Raïm formula works very well because it allows young people to appreciate a local, Km 0 product that is just as good as those wines that come to us from abroad. Therefore, our wines should be on the menus of restaurants, in shops, on our tables and should be part of every moment of celebration’.
Mesquida added.
Music for listening and dancing
The Raïm Wine Fest will have a diverse musical line-up to liven up the day, with live performances by groups and DJs such as the dynamic PITXORINES, the energy of Wine DJ’s, the fresh style of Cacao, the electronic sound of AVALANX, the creativity of CHITOWSKY and the unique proposal of AINA LOSANGE.
These artists will add rhythm to the experience, creating a vibrant and perfect atmosphere to enjoy wine, gastronomy and good music in a unique setting.
Food trucks and activities not to be missed
At Raïm Wine Fest there will be no shortage of options for sharing a good time, with a variety of food trucks that will make every bite an experience. There will also be activities for all tastes: special workshops for children to have fun and learn, and food and wine workshops to explore combinations of flavours and aromas.
