From roast suckling pig with potatoes and apples, served with fried lamb and cheesecake; to Mallorcan-style fish, served after a tumbet and followed by a classic almond gató; or a mixed paella, preceded by a vegetable stir-fry and finished with a yogurt and lemon mousse.

In every case, the experience begins with an appetizer of olives, whole-grain bread, and olive oil, and includes water and a pairing with four carefully selected Sa Cabana wines.

Lasting approximately three hours and designed for groups of six or more, these meals offer a way to experience wine at the table—with depth, simplicity, and authenticity.
