Tasting Notes
Straw yellow color with greenish reflections, clean and bright. It presents marked aromas of white fruit such as pear along with floral aromas such as almond blossom and Mediterranean vegetable notes such as fennel. The palate is dry and friendly with a wide and elegant passage through the mouth, with a persistent and refreshing finish where the white fruit is the protagonist.

Plot
Vineyard planted in 2019, with an early grape harvest to preserve the high acidity in the grapes. Manual grape harvest in 12 kg crates, then stored in a vault at 4ºC for 24 hours.

Preparation
Grapes are completely stripped before gentle pressing in a pneumatic press and fermented in stainless steel tanks.
