Tasting Notes
Intense pink color, clean and crystalline. It shows great quality of sweet aromas of red fruits such as strawberry and raspberry while notes of lilac flowers appear. The palate is dry and refreshing, with a fluid and tasty passage through the mouth. Reminiscences of sweet strawberries appear with each sip and it has good persistence.

Plot
Vineyard around 20 years old. Manual grape harvest in 12 kg crates, then stored in a vault at 4ºC for 24 hours.

Preparation
Grapes are completely stripped, immediately pressed, and fermented in a stainless steel tank.
