Tasting notes
Intense pink color, clean and crystalline. It shows great quality of sweet aromas of red fruits such as strawberry and raspberry while notes of lilac flowers appear. The palate is dry and refreshing, with a fluid and tasty passage through the mouth. Reminiscences of sweet strawberries appear with each sip and it has good persistence.

Plot
Vineyard about 20 years old Harvest by hand in 12 kg boxes, then stored in cold storage at 4ºC for 24 hours.

Winemaking
Total destemming, direct pressing, fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
