Tasting Notes
Light pink colour, clean and translucent. Aromas of fresh fruit, like strawberry, and sweet notes of caramel. Lovely, fresh, lightweight, lingering and elegant on the palate with marked acidity.

Plot
Vineyard around 20 years old. Manual grape harvest in 12 kg crates, then stored in a vault at 4ºC for 24 hours.

Preparation
Grapes are completely stripped, immediately pressed, and fermented in a stainless steel tank.
