Tasting Notes
Orange/soft salmon, pelure d’oignon colour, clean and translucent. Very aromatic with aromas of fresh ripe fruit, reminding us of sweet melon and watermelon. A very expressive wine, where the attack on the palate is sweet and fresh, with marked acidity, and at the same time, elegant and lingering.

Plot
Vineyard is 20 years old. Manual grape harvest in 12 kg crates, then stored in a vault at 4ºC for 24 hours.

Preparation
Grapes are completely stripped, immediately pressed, and fermented in a stainless steel tank.
