Tasting Notes
Pale yellow colour with hints of gold, clean and translucent. Subtle toasting aromas along with elegant notes of white flowers. Dry, fresh, elegant and structured attack on the palate.

Plot
Young vineyard at 6 years old with an early grape harvest to preserve the high acidity in the grapes. Manual grape harvest in 12 kg crates, then stored in a vault at 4ºC for 24 hours.

Preparation
Grapes are completely stripped before gentle pressing in a pneumatic press and fermented in stainless steel tanks.
