Tasting notes
Straw yellow color, with hints of new gold, clean and bright. Subtle toasted aromas accompanied by elegant notes of white flowers. Dry, fresh, elegant and structured attack on the palate.

Plot
Young vineyard, 6 years old, early harvest to preserve high acidity in the grapes. Harvested by hand in 12 kg boxes, then stored in cold storage at 4ºC for 24 hours.

Winemaking
Total destemming, gentle pneumatic pressing, fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
