Tasting Notes
Purple red colour with violet hues, clean and translucent. Aromas of black fruit, like plum. Dry, fresh, balanced attack on palate with a pleasant tannins.

Plot
Young vineyard, second grape harvest. Manual grape harvest in 12 kg crates, then stored in a vault at 4ºC for 24 hours.

Preparation
Grapes are completely stripped and fermented in a stainless steel tank with secondary fermentation to extract the aromas and flavours from the skin.
