The 2025 Verema Awards once again place wine at the center of the conversation, and for us, this edition has special significance: as part of the 25th Verema Valencia Experience, to be held on March 9 and 10 at the Hotel Balneario Las Arenas, our Brincaolas rosé is nominated for Best Rosé Wine 2025.

Organized by Verema, the awards have become one of the essential events on the national wine calendar. Over two days, professionals and enthusiasts share winery showrooms, guided tastings, and a plenary tasting that culminates in the eagerly awaited awards ceremony.

An experience to celebrate wine

On Monday, March 9, the spotlight will be on the showroom, a space open for discovering and tasting wines from different exhibiting wineries, accompanied by guided tastings that allow visitors to delve deeper into styles, regions, and production methods.

On Tuesday, March 10, the program focuses on parallel guided tastings and the final plenary tasting, a prelude to the Verema Awards ceremony. A closing ceremony that recognizes the work, perseverance, and personality of projects that understand wine as culture and commitment.

Brincaolas: a rosé wine created to add value

Our nomination comes from Brincaolas, a 100% Manto Negro rosé, made from a 35-year-old vineyard under the Vi de la Terra Mallorca geographical indication.

From the outset, we conceived Brincaolas as more than just a wine. It is a charitable project created in collaboration with the Nemo Foundation, an organization that supports families with children and young people with neurodevelopmental difficulties. For every bottle sold, we donate €1, convinced that wine can also be a tool for positive impact.

Production and character

Brincaolas is made from grapes harvested by hand in small boxes, followed by 24 hours of cold maceration, bleeding, and fermentation in stainless steel. Aging on lees adds texture and depth.

Brincaolas is born from a In the glass, it appears pale pink with rose gold reflections. The nose reveals pomegranate, cherry, and fresh strawberry, along with delicate notes of apricot and a subtle caramelized nuance characteristic of Manto Negro. On the palate, it is dry and pleasant, with a full body, good acidity, and a refreshing finish. It is harvested manually in small boxes, followed by 24 hours of cold maceration, bleeding, and fermentation in stainless steel. Aging on lees adds texture and depth.

A versatile rosé to share

Brincaolas is a wine designed for the table and for everyday life. It pairs well with Mediterranean tapas, fish rice dishes, fresh salads, and mild cheeses. It is the rosé to open on the beach, at an outdoor dinner, or for an impromptu toast.
