Its name sums up the idea behind this launch: the breeze arrives before summer. We’ve simply given it a name.

Mediterranean freshness transformed into wine

The 2025 vintage of Seabreeze expresses the freshest and most delicate characteristics of its grape variety. Made from 100% Callet grapes, this rosé offers an elegant and balanced profile, designed for those seeking a wine with character and natural freshness.

His identity is revealed right from the start:

• Appearance: clear and crystalline, a pale pink colour of medium intensity with delicate hints of rose gold.
• Nose: medium-to-high intensity, dominated by stone fruit aromas, particularly peach, accompanied by citrus notes that lend a pleasant sense of freshness.
• Palate: dry and approachable from the very first sip. It has a light, refreshing mouthfeel, with stone fruit notes present throughout, and citrus notes that bring out a lively acidity and a very pleasant finish.

This Mediterranean rosé wine stands out for its balance and its aromatic profile, which invites you to savour every glass, where fruit and freshness blend together naturally.

A rosé designed for sharing

Seabreeze was founded with a very clear mission: to be part of those everyday moments that eventually become memories.

It is a wine that invites you to gather round a table, enjoy a leisurely chat or raise a glass as the evening draws in. Its light and refreshing character makes it a perfect summer wine for Mallorca, designed to help you savour the Mediterranean in a calm and natural way.

The three steps that shape Seabreeze

Before it reaches the glass, Seabreeze undergoes a process designed to preserve all the freshness and character of the Callet grape variety.

• 1. A vineyard cared for from the very beginning

The grapes come from a plot comprising a five-year-old vineyard grafted onto 26-year-old Cabernet rootstocks, with a planting pattern of 2 by 1 metres.

• 2. Hand-harvesting to take care of each cluster

When the grapes reach optimum ripeness, they are harvested by hand into crates weighing between 10 and 12 kg. This method ensures that the grapes remain intact from the vineyard right through to their arrival at the winery.

• 3. From Grape to Wine

Once harvested, the grapes are kept in a cold store to prevent oxidation and preserve their full aromatic character. Seabreeze is then produced by macerating the grapes with their skins for 24 hours at a low temperature, after which the must is bled off to achieve an elegant pink colour and a very distinct aromatic profile.

Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, a process that helps to preserve the fruitiness, freshness and clean aroma that characterise the wine.

The result is a well-balanced rosé, brimming with vitality, in which every winemaking decision is designed to faithfully express the personality of Seabreeze.

The launch of Seabreeze marks another step forward in Bodega Sa Cabana’s commitment to Mediterranean-inspired rosés.

Following the excellent reception given to Brincaolas, we are presenting a new wine in which the Callet variety takes centre stage. This launch reaffirms our commitment to producing fresh, expressive and easy-to-enjoy wines, whilst always maintaining the identity that characterises our winery.

The Mediterranean breeze now has a name

There are sensations that need no explanation; you simply have to experience them to understand them.
